Lancaster and Palmdale are the fastest growing cities in the State of California.  Prices have been leaping forward since the expansion started in the 1990's.  This land is only 92 miles from Downtown L.A.

The taxes are current.  Taxes are billed biyearly for April and December of each year.  Buyer will need to reimburse me for any prepaid taxes.
